I believe that this moment that we have been living, of isolation because of the coronavirus, is a crucial moment of transformation. When we can get back to social interaction, to offices, to family, friends, work meetings, we will not be the same.
It takes 21 to 60 days (according to different neuroscience theorists), for you to create a new habit... certainly, your routine influences the creation and establishment of these habits. As we cannot continue with our usual habits, we are being taken to a forced stop to reset! The planet is experiencing a reset too. Relationships (with ourselves and with each other) are also experiencing a reset.

My question for you today is: What are you doing with that reset break that was given to you?
All over the planet, polluted areas like the waters of Venice, or the Guanabara Bay in Rio de Janeiro are getting cleaner, with life returning, fish, dolphins, turtles, the Himalayas are visible in India with the reduction of air pollution, as has not been seen for many, many years. The hole in the ozone layer has closed, like a healed wound. The stars are being seen in places where you can't see them anymore!
It is us? We now have a unique opportunity to rethink our life, our choices, our relationships. How can I transform my life in that time to bring life back into myself?
You and I are privileged because we can be here, in this historic moment, looking for ways to occupy ourselves, to grow, to heal the soul... while others do not have the same opportunity... Let’s use this time to rethink our values, our priorities, our relationships.
It’s a time to heal our wounds, and that starts with forgiveness... forgive that person that hurt you, forgive yourself, it’s time to revaluate what you want to keep and what you want to throw out...make a big clean out inside yourself. Keep what you like to keep, and change what you like to change.
Be filled with love, be filled with kindness and gentleness to yourself, to your family, to your loved ones... the love inside you can make great changes!
What you are aware of, what you are full of, emanates from you like a perfume and changes the environment where you are. And the consciousness of God in you, changes the environment where you enter, where you are!
And when all this is over, ask yourself: Who will I be?
How will you respond to this new moment?
