EXTENDED DISC LEAD & MANAGE PROFILE
The Extended DISC profile is a behavioural assessment tool based on the theory of Swiss psychiatrist Carl G. Jung and American psychologist William Moulton Marston. Extended DISC is an assessment that measures an individual's natural (unconscious) behavioural style as well as their adjusted (conscious) style. Extended DISC® leadership assessments help you to develop the skills you need to become an inspiring leader, drive results and enhance organisational performance.

A Lead & Manage DISC assessment will analyse whether you are a people or task-oriented leader and if you are more introverted or extroverted.
