Throughout the years in my work life and in my practice as a Coach and Mentor, I found that one of the biggest challenges of Leadership and any Business Owner is to keep the business in line with the Vision and the Purpose that was created to be. It usually starts with a lot of excitement based on an idea that looks great, and oftentimes, it ended up being diverted from the original plan.

The Extended DISC profile is a behavioural assessment tool based on the theory of Swiss psychiatrist Carl G. Jung and American psychologist William Moulton Marston. Extended DISC is an assessment that measures an individual's natural (unconscious) behavioural style as well as their adjusted (conscious) style. Extended DISC® leadership assessments help you to develop the skills you need to become an inspiring leader, drive results and enhance organisational performance.
