Let me briefly introduce you to the Extended DISC, a Behavioural Profile Analysis.

A very powerful tool which original elements were taken from the work of Carl Jung, and further developed into a four-quadrant model by William Moulton-Marston. He is the inventor of the lie detector, and Wonder Woman comic books!

Extended DISC identifies the strenghts and development areas of individuals on a deep and unconscious level to allow for true performance improvement in all areas of life.

Extended DISC Profile

The Extended DISC online psychological assessment consists of a 24-question questionnaire. Although it seems simple, it provides fully accurate information about human behaviour. Based on the highly validated and world-renowned Extended DISC model, ipsative* style assessment is shown to identify a person's "natural" and "learned" behavioural style - something that most profiling tools cannot do.
